1 Subscriber Information
The subscriber warrants that all information provided during the subscription process is accurate and complete. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in suspension or termination of the service and may lead to legal action where applicable.
2 Service Usage
The internet connection is intended solely for the subscriber and the registered premises. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, or extending the connection to unauthorized users or locations without prior written approval from NEEF IT is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of the service.
3 Network Equipment
Where necessary, NEEF IT reserves the right to install, maintain, replace, or upgrade network equipment such as switches, hubs, fiber distribution boxes, or other networking devices required for service delivery. The subscriber agrees to provide reasonable access, installation space, and a suitable power source for such equipment.
4 Electrical Damage
NEEF IT shall not be held liable for any damage to subscriber-owned equipment caused by lightning, electrical surges, power fluctuations, short circuits, natural disasters, or other events beyond its reasonable control. Subscribers are encouraged to use appropriate surge protection devices.
5 Installation Charges
All one-time installation charges (OTC), activation fees, and setup fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
6 Billing & Payment
All internet services are provided on a prepaid basis. Subscribers are required to pay the monthly subscription fee in advance before the due date to ensure uninterrupted service.
7 Service Suspension
If the monthly subscription fee is not paid by the due date, NEEF IT reserves the right to suspend the internet service without prior notice. Service restoration will be processed after full payment has been received and may take up to 24 hours.
8 Pricing & Service Changes
NEEF IT reserves the right to modify service plans, pricing, policies, bandwidth allocation, or any other aspect of the service. Reasonable prior notice will be provided before such changes become effective where applicable.
9 Package Changes
Subscribers may request to upgrade or downgrade their internet package after completing the minimum service period, subject to NEEF IT's prevailing policies and applicable service charges.
10 Reconnection Policy
Subscribers whose services have been suspended due to non-payment may reactivate their connection within three (3) months by paying all outstanding dues in full, along with the current month's subscription fee in advance. Outstanding bills are payable in full and are not eligible for discounts or concessions unless approved by NEEF IT.
11 Service Cancellation
Subscribers wishing to discontinue the service must notify NEEF IT at least thirty (30) days in advance by completing the required cancellation procedure.
12 Equipment Ownership
Upon service cancellation or termination, all equipment, cables, optical fiber, routers, ONUs, media converters, adapters, or any other devices supplied by NEEF IT that remain the property of NEEF IT must be returned in good condition. NEEF IT reserves the right to remove or recover such equipment from the subscriber's premises.
13 Acceptable Use
Subscribers shall not use the internet service for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activities, including but not limited to cybercrime, copyright infringement, unauthorized access, distribution of malicious software, spam, or any activity prohibited under the laws of Bangladesh. NEEF IT reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of this policy and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities when legally required.
14 Service Availability
NEEF IT strives to provide reliable internet connectivity; however, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, emergency repairs, network upgrades, third-party infrastructure failures, power outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond NEEF IT's control.
15 Limitation of Liability
NEEF IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from interruptions, delays, data loss, or inability to access the internet, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16 Amendments
NEEF IT reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon publication on the company's website or through official communication channels.
17 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
